Digital Photo Professional (DPP) adds support for EOS 250D

Canon's Digital Photo Professional software version 4.10.20 includes support for the EOS 250D camera which was announced in April 2019. The camera is also known at the EOS Rebel SL3 (North America) and EOS KISS X10 (Japan). You can download the software by going to: https://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/product_ranges/cameras/eos/ selecting you camera model and clicking on the Software tab on the page which appears.

Digital Photo Professional update supports old EOS cameras

Canon has released Digital Photo Professional version 4.8.30. This adds support for the EOS D30, D60, 10D, 300D, D2000 and D6000. In addition, the update adds partial adjustment functions. You can download the update by going to: https://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_products/product_ranges/cameras/eos/ and selecting your camera. Then select 'Software' and 'Check for available downloads' with Digital Photo Professional. If there is a choice, select 'Full versions'. You might be asked for your camera serial number.

DPP version 4.7.21

Canon's Digital Photo Professional (DPP) software has been updated to version 4.7.21. Windows and Mac: Fixes an error in which Dual Pixel RAW Optimiser may not be started. Windows only: Fixes an error in which the Filter/Sort pane may have problems displaying when a high-resolution monitor is being used. Firmware updates for the EOS 5DS / 5DS R

Firmware version 1.1.2 incorporates the following improvements and fix for the EOS 5DS and 5DS R cameras: 1. Support has been added for chromatic aberration correction, peripheral illumination correction, distortion correction, and Digital Lens Optimizer when using Digital Photo Professional to process RAW images captured with the following TS-E lenses: TS-E 17mm f/4L, TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II, TS-E 50mm f/2.8L MACRO, TS-E 90mm f/2.8L MACRO, or TS-E 135mm f/4L MACRO. 2. Fixes a phenomenon in which standard exposure may not be obtained, or an irregular exposure may result, when Silent LV (Live View) shooting with the following TS-E lenses: TS-E 50mm f/2.8L MACRO, TS-E 90mm f/2.8L MACRO, or TS-E 135mm f/4L MACRO. 3. Digital Photo Professional v.4.6.10

Digital Photo Professional version 4.6.10 adds support for the EOS 77D, 800D and M6, plus the EF-S 18-55mm f4-5.6 IS STM. The update is compatible with Windows 7 (with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 installed, 8, 8.1 and 10, Mac OS 10.10, 10.11 and 10.12 The update is available to download from: www.canon.co.uk/support

Digital Photo Professional update v4.5.20

Canon has updated its RAW image editing software Digital Photo Professional (DPP) to version 4.5.20. Updates for DPP, EOS Utility and Picture Style Editor

Canon has updated some of their software. Digital Photo Profession version 4.5.10 adds support for the EOS M5, EF-M 18-150mm f3.5-6.3 IS STM, EF 24-105mm f4L IS II USM and EF 16-35mm f2.8L III USM. It also improves the accuracy of the Digital Lens Optimiser lens data for the EF 35mm f1.4L II USM. EOS Utility version 3.5.10 adds support for the EOS M5, EF 24-105mm f4L IS II USM and EF 16-35mm f2.8L III USM. Picture Style Editor version 1.17.10 adds support for the EOS M5. EOS Movie Utility version 1.6 adds support for the EOS 5D Mark IV. To download updates for Windows or Mac OS X go to www.canon.co.uk/support , enter your camera model and select the 'Software' tab. Check that the updates are suitable for your computer and operating system configuration.

DPP and EU updates support EOS 5D Mark IV

Digital Photo Professional (DPP) software version 4.5.0 is available for download. The main changes are that is now supports the EOS 5D Mark IV (including the new Dual Pixel RAW function for focus microadjustment). It also supports the EF-M 28mm f3.5 Macro IS STM (the lens with the built-in LED macrolite). Also updated is EOS Utility (EU). Version 3.5.0 supports the EOS 5D Mark IV. In addition, it fixes a problem where, during remote shooting, there are instances where images cannot be properly recorded. You can download the updates by going to: www.canon.co.uk/support and entering the EOS 5D Mark IV as the camera. In the next window select the software tab and scroll down.

Updates to Canon software

Canon has released updates for some of its software to provide support for its latest cameras, including the EOS-1D X Mark II, 80D and 1300D. The latest versions are: •  Digital Photo Professional 4.4.30 •  EOS Utility 3.4.30 •  Picture Style Editor 1.16.30 To download the updates for Windows or Mac OS X go to www.canon.co.uk/support , enter your camera model and select the 'Software' tab. Check that the updates are suitable for your computer and operating system configuration.

Digital Photo Professional version 4.3

Canon has released an updated version of Digital Photo Professional 4 (DPP 4) RAW processing software. This expands the support to include the EOS 1200D, 60Da, 60D, M2 and M. The new update – version 4.3.0 – also incorporates two critical fixes, including a phenomenon in which the picture style set on the camera is not transferred to Digital Photo Professional properly and a phenomenon in which the copy and paste command using keyboard shortcuts cannot be used for the folder name. Updates for Canon software

Canon has published updates for a range of software. Digital Photo Professional 3.13.51 - addition of Digital Lens Optimizer applicable lenses; - an error in which font settings are sometimes not reflected on print contact sheets has been fixed (Mac version only). EOS Utility 2.13.40 - a function has been added to allow the loading of just protected images to your computer ImageBrowser EX 1.1.0 - up to 100,000 images can be registered to the database; - organizing and searching image functions are newly added; - quicker Search by Faces. Digital Photo Professional (DPP) update

Canon's Digital Photo Professional (DPP) software has been updated. The latest version of this versatile raw converter is 3.13.45. Changes from the previous version are: - now supports images taken with EOS 70D, EOS 100D / EOS Rebel SL1 / EOS Kiss X7, PowerShot G16, PowerShot S120. - supports new lenses EF-S 55-250mm f4-5.6 IS STM, EF 200-400mm f4L IS USM Extender 1.4X, EF-M 11-22mm f4-5.6 IS STM). - the accuracy of white balance in M-RAW and S-RAW images has been improved. Interestingly, the help section of the software makes mention of an EOS M2 camera, implying that an update to the EOS M camera is not too far away. Updates for DPP, EOS Utility and Picture Style Editor

Canon has introduced updates for three of its software applications. These applications are on the CD supplied with EOS cameras. Digital Photo Professional (DPP) DPP version 3.12.52 includes the following changes: 1. Supports images taken with EOS 6D. 2. Supports new lens (EF 24-70mm f4L IS USM). 3. Supports read-in of Picture Style files (.pf3) created in Picture Style Editor 1.12.2 and later. 4. Corrects shooting date error in other manufacturer`s image files when sent to Easy-PhotoPrintEX from Digital Photo Professional via plug-in print. 5. DPP and EOS Utility updates

Canon Digital Photo Professional (DPP) and EOS Utility have been updated to support the EOS M camera. DPP is at version 3.12.40 for Windows and version 3.12.41 for Mac OS. The software also supports the EF-M 18-55mm and EF-M 22mm lenses. The latest version of EOS Utility is 2.12.0 (Windows and Mac OS). You can download the software at http://software.canon-europe.com/
