Canon has announced two new video-centric additions to the EOS R mirrorless system: the EOS R6 V camera and the RF 20-50mm f4L IS USM PZ lens. The EOS R6 V sits at the top of Canon's current V-series line-up, offering an advanced tool for serious content creators. Offering a 32.5MP full frame sensor equipped with Canon's latest sensor-based focusing system, Dual Pixel CMOS AF II with subject-based detection, its video-centric design and features offer a user-friendly path into video creation. In addition to being able to detect people, animals and vehicles, the camera also offers Register People Priority, for programming up to ten faces to guarantee that these people are prioritised when shooting.
