Canon today announces the addition of four new lenses to its EOS R full frame mirrorless system, significantly extending the options available. The lenses introduced are the RF 100-500mm f4.5-7.1L IS USM lens, already announced earlier this year, plus two super telephoto lenses – the RF 600mm f11 IS STM and RF 800mm f11 IS STM – and the RF 85mm f2 MACRO IS STM lens. RF 100-500mm f4.5-7.1L IS USM lens The RF 100-500mm f4.5-7.1L IS USM lens is a compact and versatile telephoto zoom lens. Bearing the L-series hallmark, it is weather-sealed and contains one Super-UD and six UD lens elements for superb image quality. There's an assignable control ring, common across the RF range, plus the lens offers 5-stop image stabilisation – 6 stop when used with the new EOS R5 and R6 cameras.
