50 million EF lenses

Canon is celebrating the production of its 50 millionth EF lens. This landmark was achieved during the manufacture of the EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM. Ten million EF lenses have been produced in the last two years. EOS 1D Mark IV firmware update

A firmware update has been announced for the EOS 1D Mark IV. Version 1.0.6 improves the autofocus tracking performance for subjects moving towards or away from the camera at low speeds. EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM announced
