Canon has issued firmware Version 1.1.5 for the EOS 700D (Rebel T5i). This update incorporates the following fix:

f/3.5-5.6 IS USM or EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS II USM lens, even if lens
aberration correction is set to 'Enable', correction will not be
Firmware Version 1.1.5 is for cameras with firmware up
to version 1.1.4. If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.1.5, it
is not necessary to update the firmware.

Digital Photo Professional, Canon's own RAW editing software, has been updated to version 4.10.0. This latest version adds a new Depth Compositing function for images captured via the new Focus Bracketing feature introduced on the EOS RP, Canon's new full frame mirrorless camera for advanced amateur and enthusiast photographers.
Canon says that the Depth Compositing function is also compatible with images captured on the EOS 5D Mark IV and EOS R.
