Canon announces EOS M200

Canon Europe announces the highly anticipated successor to the popular EOS M100 mirrorless camera – the Canon EOS M200.

Upgrades include the latest Canon DIGIC 8 processor, improved autofocus and the addition of 4K movie. Complete with a guided user interface, boundless creative functions and vertical movie shooting, it is the perfect step-up from a smartphone for those looking for more control and more professional images and video.

The Canon EOS M200 is a compact and lightweight camera that can be conveniently carried anywhere. Weighing just 299g (including battery and memory card), it is perfect for daily use as it takes up limited bag space. It is also sleek and stylish in appearance, available in black or white with a high-quality crosshatch leather pattern.

Canon’s hybrid lenses are a range of RF L-series primes and zooms designed for high performance stills and video capture. Canon announces EOS R1 and EOS R5 Mark II as next R system evolution

Canon has today launched two new cameras for the EOS R system – the EOS R1, a new flagship model to take over from the EOS-1D X Mark III, and the EOS R5 Mark II, the next iteration of the ever-popular 5-series. The two camera share much more than just a launch date. They herald the arrival of the next generation of Canon's sensor-based focusing system – Dual Pixel Intelligent AF – as well as offering a raft of improvements over previous R-series cameras. The new features and the improvements alike are powered by a duo of DIGIC processors, one DIGIC X and one DIGIC Accelerator – and by Deep Learning, with the introduction of Action Priority AF for team-based sports.
