Fujifilm will close its E6 processing lab facility in November 2014. The lab is a partnership between Fujifilm and Leeds-based pro lab CC Imaging. CC Imaging is unaffected by this decision and will continue trading as normal.
The closure has been planned in advance to enable customers who have remaining rolls of Fujichrome Sensia process-paid film sufficient time to get them processed. Fujifilm's pre-paid processing vouchers will continue to be available, but must also be used before the closing date of 1 November 2014.
CC Imaging will continue with their existing lab facilities after the closure, including the E6 processing line. Customers will still be able to have their transparency films processed as normal, but not under the 'Fujifilm Processing Laboratory' brand after 1 November 2014.
